Products & Artwork

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary due to screen settings or production methods. Artwork proofs must be approved in writing before production begins.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Orders are confirmed once payment and artwork approval are received.
Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, and direct bank transfer.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Australia‑wide using trusted couriers. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by location. Title and risk pass to you once goods are handed to the carrier.

Returns & Replacements

All sales of promotional products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for these items. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or another appropriate remedy.
