Stop Sending Token Gifts That End Up in Drawers
Quality welcome kits and recognition programmes that make staff feel genuinely valued. Free artwork assistance, expert product guidance, and typically 3-10 day delivery across Australia.
Another Token Gift?
Your new staff open welcome kits that feel cheap and thoughtless. High-performing team members receive recognition rewards that communicate the opposite of appreciation. Items end up in drawers within days, or worse, in bins. You’re trying to build belonging and strengthen connection, but the merchandise undermines that message.
Staff deserve welcome kits and rewards that make them feel genuinely valued from day one, not afterthoughts. Quality kits strengthen connection to your organisation. Poor-quality kits damage it. There’s no neutral ground – merchandise either builds culture or undermines it.
We Understand Staff Appreciation Matters
You’re investing in onboarding programmes and recognition initiatives because retention matters. You know first impressions shape new staff connection to your organisation. You want high performers to feel genuinely appreciated, not like they’ve received another corporate throwaway gift.

We know which items staff actually use and appreciate versus which ones communicate “we don’t understand or value you.”

How We Create Kits Staff Actually Appreciate
Understand Your Staff and Culture
Chat with us about your team, workplace culture, and what you’re trying to achieve. Welcome kits for new staff need different thinking than recognition rewards for high performers. We’ll ask questions that clarify what “valued and appreciated” means in your organisation.
Select Items Staff Will Actually Use
We’ll guide you towards quality products that strengthen connection, not generic promotional items that feel token. The difference between items staff appreciate versus items that end up in drawers is often only a few dollars per piece, but the impact on staff perception is enormous.
Create Professional Kitting Presentation
Quality merchandise deserves quality presentation. We can help with complete kitting solutions – branded boxes, thoughtful arrangement, delivery coordination. First impressions matter. Unboxing should feel like your organisation values this person.
Deliver Kits That Build Belonging
Typically 3-10 days from final artwork approval. Staff receive quality items they’re proud to use. Quality kits communicate genuine appreciation. Staff feel valued and connected. That’s how merchandise supports retention and culture.
Your Welcome Kit Success
New staff feel welcomed and valued from day one. Quality welcome kits communicate “you matter to us” before they’ve worked their first shift. High-performing team members receive recognition rewards they’re genuinely pleased to receive and use.
Staff actually use the items daily. Branded polo shirts, quality water bottles, professional notebooks, fleece jackets – items that strengthen connection to your organisation through regular use. They become subtle brand ambassadors both inside and outside the workplace.
Your welcome kits and recognition programmes genuinely support retention and culture initiatives. Staff feel appreciated through thoughtful, quality merchandise that respects them. That’s the transformation from token corporate gifts to meaningful appreciation tools.
Support Your Culture Goals
Without the right kitting approach, welcome kits will make new staff feel like afterthoughts rather than valued team members. Poor-quality rewards will actually demotivate high performers instead of recognising their achievements. Staff will receive items they’ll never use, reinforcing perception that your organisation doesn’t understand or value them.
Your kitting programmes will undermine culture and retention efforts rather than support them. Every cheap pen and flimsy notebook communicates “we don’t really care enough to invest in quality for you.” That’s not the message you want to send.

How quickly can you deliver event merchandise?
Typically 3-10 days from final artwork approval. If you have new staff starting within two weeks, chat with us immediately. We’ll tell you honestly whether your timeline works and how to make it happen.
Can you help with complete kitting solutions, not just selecting products?
Yes. We can handle product selection, branding, presentation boxes, arrangement, and delivery coordination. Complete turnkey kitting service from concept to your new staff member’s desk.
What if our logo or branding guidelines aren't finalised?
We provide free artwork assistance and can work with whatever you have. Our team helps refine branding for merchandise applications. We’ll show you proof mockups before production so you approve exactly how your branding will look.

No. We support everything from individual welcome kits for single new staff members through to 400+ unit recognition programmes. We’ll work with whatever your organisation needs.
How do we know which products staff will actually appreciate and use?
We’ll guide you based on your workplace culture and staff type. Office-based staff need different items than field staff. We know which products end up used daily versus which ones get forgotten. We’ll steer you towards items that genuinely strengthen connection.

Commonly referred to as ‘Blind’ debossing, a heated custom metal plate is pressed firmly onto the product leaving an impression of the artwork. Thermo debossing is also available on certain products, using additional heat to create a unique and eye-catching two-tone finish.
Direct digital printing involves the transfer of ink directly from the print heads of an inkjet machine to the product and can be used to produce both full colour and closely matched spot colour branding on flat or slightly curved surfaces.
Digital adhesive labels are used to brand products that cannot be branded with any other method. They are printed with a digital printing press and applied to the product.
This production method is used for printing media such as paper, vinyl and magnetic material used in the manufacture of labels, badges, and fridge magnets etc. This printing process uses CMYK values.
Dye sublimation print is used for branding products that have a special coating on them, or fabrics suitable for the sublimation process. A transfer is produced by printing sublimation ink onto transfer paper and then heat pressing it onto the product.
This CMYK branding process is produced by printing artwork onto a vinyl material with strong adhesive on the reverse. The branded area is then coated with a crystal-clear resin. Once dry, the finished decal is applied to the product and the adhesive forms a permanent bond.
Laser engraving is a permanent branding process that engraves artwork into the surface of the product using a laser. Different materials produce different engraving finishes, to avoid uncertainty pre-production samples are recommended.
Imitation etch is a special pad printing ink used for producing an etch-like effect on glass products.
Flatbed Screen Printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product and is ideal for branding flat objects.
Rotary Screen Printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product and is ideal for cylindrical objects.
Direct to product rotary digital printing involves the transfer of UV ink directly from inkjet print heads and can be used to produce detailed artwork using both closely matched spot colours and full colour branding.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer an image to a product from a laser etched printing plate. It is one of the most popular and affordable ways of branding promotional products due to its ability to reproduce images on uneven or curved products and print multiple colours in a single pass.
